Gratitude is a huge tool to shift your mindset to one of more abundance.

When we focus on all of what we have in our lives, we feel abundant and full of appreciation for the things in our lives.

An easy exercise is to start a gratitude practice. Either at the start or end of your day, make a list of the things you a grateful for. It may be a small list at first, with only a few items, but doing this daily, you will begin to see you list build as you become more aware of all the things in your life that are blessings.


2. Surround yourself with Positive People

Your body absorbs energy. Knowing this, it is important to surround yourself with people and things that fill you up, making you feel good. When you surround yourself with good energy, you will find it easier to obtain this abundance mindset.

That’s because you will in return be radiating this energy as well, thus attracting more of these positive vibrations into your life.

3. See the Lessons in Life

Despite us wanting to live in more abundance, joy, and positivity, life isn’t always as such. Losses, death, heartache, etc, is a common occurrence.

However, instead of viewing these things as negative, try to seek out the lessons in these experiences. This reframes and retrains our minds to think more positively, even during difficult times.

4. Check your Attitude

Our minds are powerful manifesting tools. If you ever have heard the phrase, our thoughts create our reality, then you know how true this statement is.

While our subconscious minds often drive our realities, we can influence these deeper beliefs by choosing to focus on positive thoughts and affirmations.

Letting go of control and embracing uncertainty is a helpful step in reprogramming our minds for abundance. Once we embrace uncertainly, we can flow with more ease through life and see the opportunities that surround us.
