ORDER TURNAROUND TIME
Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends + holidays). For orders requiring next day delivery, you will need to let us know by selecting the priority shipping option at checkout.
You can expect a shipping confirmation email from us once your order goes out. This email is sent to the email associated with your account.
* If you are a business, please do not select the priority option. We can not guarantee priority shipment. We will ship your items as quickly as we can and get them to you as quickly as possible.
Our desire is for you to be nothing short of happy with your purchases from Angels and Sages. Should you encounter an issue with your order delivery or product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange an appropriate resolution for you.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED / INCORRECT ADDRESS:
We are not responsible for lost shipments shown as "delivered" in the tracking info. However, we will do our best to work with you should such need arise.
If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the ordering party.
We will do our best to amend incorrect addresses if you call or email us immediately, but can not guarantee it as shipping turnaround can be immediate
We do not ship internationally at this time.
MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace any damaged items provided they are reported with photos and within 24 hours of order delivery.
Damaged shipments will require evidence in order to file a claim with the carrier so please take clear photos of the damage upon receiving (before unpacking).

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
